When you use our contact form, surf shop feature request form, or “Join the Crew” email signup, we receive the information you enter, such as:

• Your business or organization name, if you provide it
• Surf shop details, website, or social media handles, if you provide them
• The contents of your message

How We Use It

We use this information to read and reply to your message and to consider surf shop feature requests. If you join the crew, we use your email address only to send occasional White Belt Surfer news, such as early access and launches. We do not sell your information, and we only add you to our email list if you sign up for it.

To leave the email list at any time, contact us through our Contact page and we’ll remove you.

Service Providers

This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser information) to deliver and secure the site. Their handling of data is described in Netlify’s own privacy policy.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our fonts are hosted on our own site rather than loaded from an outside service. Your browser stores one small note on your own device to remember that you’ve closed the “Join the Crew” pop-up, so it doesn’t keep appearing. If we add analytics, an online store, or embedded videos in the future, we will update this policy.

Links to Other Websites

Our pages may link to surf shops, businesses, and social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

Keeping and Deleting Your Information

We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted, contact us through our Contact page.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
